02 / WHAT WE COLLECT

Only what you type into the request form: dates, group size, game, package, your name, email, team and message. Nothing else.

There is no newsletter, no tracking pixel, no analytics that follows you, and no advertising cookie. The site sets no cookies of its own.

03 / WHY, AND FOR HOW LONG

To answer your request and, if it becomes a booking, to run the stay. That is a contract and a legitimate interest, not consent, so there is nothing to opt into.

Requests that do not become bookings are deleted after 12 months. Booking records are kept for ten years, which is what Portuguese tax law requires of us.

04 / WHO ELSE SEES IT

The form is checked by Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse and delivered by Resend. Both act on our instructions and neither uses the content for anything else.

The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

05 / YOUR RIGHTS

You can ask for a copy, a correction or deletion at any time, by email. We answer within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados.
