How many people can stay?
Three double bedrooms, five bathrooms and six gaming stations, with a master suite that opens on request as a paid add-on. Comfortable for five to seven people, players and staff together. For day events in the training room and the BBQ house we take groups of 20 and over.
What is the minimum stay?
Three nights for Full Compound and for Custom Op. Facility Only is booked by the day, at 250 EUR per day, with no beds and no meals.
What is included in Full Compound?
The whole house to your team: three double bedrooms, six stations with 24h access, three meals a day, one airport transfer each way, daily cleaning, and the pool, exterior lounge and BBQ house. A house manager is on call from 09:00 to 21:00. The master suite is not part of it: it opens on request, as an add-on, at a nightly rate we quote with the booking.
What is the connection like?
Dedicated fibre from MEO, 1 Gbps symmetric, wired Cat6 to every seat. Wi-Fi exists for phones but no station depends on it.
Can we bring our own peripherals?
Yes, and most teams do. Every station takes your own mouse, keyboard, headset and mousepad. Chairs are Secretlab Titan, desks are Secretlab Magnus Pro. The config is wiped after every stay.
How far is the airport?
Lisbon Airport is 26 km away, about 30 minutes by car over the 25 de Abril bridge. The city centre is nearer, 24 km and about 25 minutes, and Fonte da Telha beach is 6 km straight west, about 10 minutes. One transfer each way is included with Full Compound, a van for up to 7.
Check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 09:00, check-out by 14:00. Early and late slots on request.
Cancellation policy?
The deposit is 30 percent of the booking and is not refundable from the moment we confirm the dates: it is what takes the house off the market. The balance is due 30 days before arrival, and from that point the booking is payable in full whatever happens. One change of dates is free if you ask more than 45 days out and we have the room, with the deposit carried over. If we cancel, you get everything back.
Do you take non-gaming groups?
Yes. Company offsites, launches, content shoots and long stays all run under Custom Op, quoted per brief.
