01 / WHO YOU ARE BOOKING WITH

CMPWND is operated by Hyped, Lda., registered in Portugal under number 514727926, with its seat at Rua de António Correia Calhatro 11, 4700-126 Braga. The house is at Travessa Moinho do Zé-Zé 1, 2855-674 Corroios. Contact: cmpwnd@goinghyped.com or +351 91 613 71 83.

These terms cover stays and day bookings at the house in Verdizela. They apply from the moment a booking is confirmed in writing.

02 / BOOKING AND PAYMENT

There is no booking engine. Every request is read by a person and answered within 24 hours. A booking exists once we confirm the dates in writing and the deposit has cleared.

Deposit 30 percent on confirmation, not refundable. Balance due 30 days before arrival. Prices are quoted per group and include VAT at the rate in force.

03 / STAYS AND ACCESS

Minimum stay is three nights for Full Compound and Custom Op. Facility Only is booked by the day at 250 EUR, with no beds and no meals.

Check-in from 09:00, check-out by 14:00, with early and late slots on request. The house manager is on call from 09:00 to 21:00. Access is for the named group only; anyone else on site has to be agreed in advance.

04 / CANCELLATION

The deposit is 30 percent of the booking and is not refundable from the moment the dates are confirmed. It is what takes the house off the market for those nights, and the preparation starts against it.

The balance is due 30 days before arrival. From that date the booking is payable in full, whether or not the group arrives, and no part of it is refunded.

One change of dates is free if you ask more than 45 days before arrival and we have the room, with the deposit carried over. Later than that, a change is a cancellation and a new booking.

If we cancel, for any reason, everything you have paid comes back in full.

05 / THE HOUSE AND THE EQUIPMENT

The stations are set up identically and wiped after every stay. Bring your own peripherals if you prefer; the house ones stay in the house.

The group is responsible for damage beyond normal wear, to the building, the furniture or the equipment. We will tell you the cost before charging anything.

The pool has no lifeguard and is used at your own risk. Under 18s only with an adult who signs for the group.

06 / WHAT WE CANNOT PROMISE

Connection speed is the line we buy, 1 Gbps symmetric dedicated fibre, wired to every seat. Latency to any given server depends on the route and is outside our control.

If something outside our control makes the house unusable, we will offer other dates or return what you have paid. That is the limit of what we owe.

07 / LAW

Portuguese law applies. As Lei 144/2015 requires, consumer disputes can be taken to the Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo, cniacc.pt, or to the arbitration centre for the consumer's own area.
